ORDERS & SHIPPING

If your order hasn’t been processed or shipped yet, we’ll do our best. Email us at team@hiplayday.com as soon as possible.

Orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed within one to two business days from the date of purchase. If you placed an order for a pre-order item, please check the product page for estimated ship dates: typically between four to six weeks.

Any order placed on a weekend or over a major holiday will process the following business day.

Shipping is always a flat rate. If your U.S. order is over $50, your order ships free. Well done, you.

All domestic orders ship through USPS First Class Package Service and include tracking. You’ll get a tracking email the moment your order leaves our place.

Shipping for international orders is calculated at checkout. You are responsible for any outstanding customs fees or duties.

Email us right away at team@hiplayday.com with your order number and correct address.If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can fix it. Once it’s left our location, we can’t make changes or refund shipping charges, but we’ll do our best to help you track it down.

We’ve got you. Email team@hiplayday.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We’ll happily send a replacement or issue a refund.

Because our items are limited-edition and often made to order, all sales are final.That said, if something’s wrong, we’ll always make it right. Just email us, we’re real humans (and two cats) who care.

Yep we certainly do! Please keep in mind that you are responsible for any owed duties, taxes, or fees upon entrance into the arrival country.

Playday is a collectible sticker brand reimagining the joy of sticker collecting for grown-ups. Through small-batch, design-forward sticker sheets and accessories, Playday invites you to reconnect with your inner sticker kid and bring play back into your life.

Yes! Slap them on your favorite water bottle because our little babies are made with premium laminated PVC.

*This does not mean you should do a water test with your nearest hose.

They’re durable, but they’re not indestructible. Surfaces, friction, heat, and general chaos all play a role.

In addition to our core collection of stickers, Playday regularly releases themed “drops” : small, limited runs of sticker sheets and accessories inspired by nostalgia, moods, and tiny moments of joy. When a drop sells out, it’s gone forever (but we’re already working on the next one).
